Keleeke provides cloud-based audio separation services using artificial intelligence models. You can upload audio or video files in your browser to separate them into independent stems (such as vocals, instruments, etc.). This service runs on open-source Keleeke models (MIT License) and is independently optimized and hosted by keleeke.com.

You are responsible for: - Ensuring you have the legal right to upload audio files; - Not using this service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; - Not uploading content that infringes on copyrights or intellectual property rights; - Not attempting to reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the service operation; - Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

The Keleeke platform, its interface, design, and independent features are owned by keleeke.com. The open-source Keleeke models used are copyrighted by their original authors and are licensed under the MIT License. You retain full ownership of the files you upload and the output results.

Keleeke is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will fully meet your expectations or be continuously available. keleeke.com is not responsible for any indirect or incidental losses arising from the use of the service.

Under no circumstances shall keleeke.com, its developers, partners, or service providers be liable for any loss of profits, data loss, or other indirect damages resulting from your use of Keleeke.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend access to the service when necessary, such as for violations, abuse, or system maintenance.
